SALONI HEART FOUNDATION
Board Resolution On Board Policy

The undersigned, being the corporate secretary of the above corporation, hereby certifies that on _May 23,2021_, the Board of Directors of the corporation adopted the following resolution:

RESOLVED and ADOPTED :

1. Policy on Non-Discrimination

Saloni Heart Foundation(SHF) does not discriminate in delivery of programs or services on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, medical condition, disability, veteran status, marital status,

sex, sexual orientation, political belief, or any other characteristic protected by law. It is not the intent of this policy to deny support for programs that serve specifically defined populations.

Saloni Heart Foundation(SHF) is committed to equal employment and volunteer opportunity without regard to age, ancestry, disability, national or ethnic origin, race, color, religious belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, marital status, political belief, or veteran status. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

This policy applies to all areas of employment and volunteer participation, including recruitment, hiring, training and development, promotion, transfer, termination, layoff, compensation, benefits, social and recreational programs, all other

conditions and privileges of employment in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

SHF’s ‘terms of grant’ requires Grantee to agree grant funds will not be used for inherently religious activities, including but not limited to worship, religious instruction, or proselytization. Grantee further agrees that it will not discriminate

against a program beneficiary or prospective program beneficiary on the basis of religion or religious belief.

2. Non-Religious Proselytizing Policy

Saloni Heart Foundation does not require conversion or adherence to any religious doctrine in order to be a program beneficiary or employee of the organization.

3. "Office of Foreign Assets Control" (OFAC) Check Policy
As part of its grant-making process, Saloni Heart Foundation conducts Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) (http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac) checking on all grant recipients. This procedure involves looking up the recipient grantee (individuals or organizations, including staff and board members) and cross-referencing against the list from OFAC (https://home.treasury.gov/policy-issues/financial-sanctions/specially-designated-nationals-and-blocked-persons-list-sdn-human-readable-lists) in order to ensure that the grantee does not appear on the OFAC list.”

This is to certify that the said resolution has been unanimously adopted by the
board not been modified or rescinded.
